Dropping off my dog to get spayed was quick and easy! The staff were friendly, and my dog was returned in one piece! The price was affordable, and they had a veterans discount! Will be returning, and I 10/10 do recommend!
Very kind and knowledgeable staff. They were able to get us in asap today after an emergency visit in Spokane the previous night. I left with answers and a clear plan for my sweet Felix; who now seems to be improving. I’m so glad we chose to bring Felix here and I appreciate all their help!
We have had our dogs dentals done twice here and both visits have been great. The doctor we met today was kind & compassionate, and all the staff is very friendly. We drive from Wenatchee to come to this office and it’s worth the trek! Thank you for the great service and taking such great care of our fur babies!
We’ve been going to Pioneer for almost 4 years. I’ve always had amazing service but Bobby (Bobbie) went above and beyond today for us today. Even though there was a system error, Bobby still went and asked to see if my cat could be seen for her surgery and she made magic happen! I want Bobby to get recognized for being so kinda, patient and caring about the situation! Absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much Bobby for getting Winky in to be seen! 🩷 Pioneer has always been the best place to go, my pets are always well taken care off! Thank you!
