Bark Avenue - Moses Lake

These groomers are amazing. I have been to other groomers but these are the best in town. All 6 of my dogs go here and soon 2 of my cats. The groomers really care about your pet and listen to how you think your pup should be trimmed. The best test is my dogs love coming here.

Multiple times I have experienced issues using their online booking system. My recent experience booking appointments for my 2 pups resulted in putting in a request for appointments, then 21 days later their system glitched and cancelled my appts. I messaged the contact number that sends the appointment reminders to inform them. Basically they didn’t even apologize AND did not offer any resolution other then telling me computers aren’t perfect, and told me to rebook again. And now wait an additional 3 weeks for service availability after already waiting a month. It’s unfortunate because I liked this groomer. Funny story though yesterday in front of masons there was a cute dog in a truck. I asked where they groom their doodle and they had the exact same experience at this same groomer! They

These ladies are outstanding. I put the date in wrong but they still accommodated me (saving me from missing more work) & my pup is the BIGGEST faker ever. These gals don't just work well with nervous pets, they are pros with nervous owners too! They took video of my little terrorist, she was an angel for them once I left😂. 5 stars. 110% recommend their services!

I would not recommend "Bark Avenue" for pet haircuts or care. They use an app called "Vagaro". I had issues using the app to set up and appointment for my puppy Pomeranian, so I went directly into the shop to talk to the owner after no calls where answered, you can kind of reach them through messages though. Anyways when I went into the shop I turned in my credit card number and all the important information that they would need about my Pomeranian puppy. Today the day before they are to cut my Pomeranian hair and trim her nails they cancelled my appointment... Even saying I did not pay a day ahead of the haircut, even though I went into the shop personally and gave them my credit card number to the owner to begin with maybe a month before the hair cut. I would not recommend, too hard to use their online system. No responses, have not had success trying to phone or text. . They want payment ahead and it’s hard to cancel or reschedule. If you don’t keep the appointment your credit card is charged the full amount. I didn’t cancel, but I was charged more without being notified. I think they should have their prices listed and respond to text messages. Very Frustrating to have no communication.
