Love them! They're great with my temperamental pups and my dogs always look great after their cuts! They were recommended to me by our previous groomer in GA after we had some bad experiences with other places in Arlington.

Did a great job! Was nervous since this was my dogs first official groomer visit. They were super nice to her and made sure she was relaxed. Hair cut was exactly as I asked for. Great salon!

Took my teacup Chihuahua here for a nail trim. I made an appointment and upon arrival I was seen right away, they did a phenomenal job. You can tell the staff here really loves animals. I highly recommend.

I've visited Pinnacle several times with good results until yesterday when my dog became sick necessitating a second bath. She wasn't well, which worsened her anxiety with her groomer, Cassandra. We were aware that our dog was afraid and uncomfortable In past visits but were under the impression that it was getting better. In fact, the groomer stated it went better on the previous visit. To help ease the grooming, I clipped my dogs feet after Cassandra informed me the she really didn't like her feet being done. This time, Cassandra called to notify me she was sick and I went straight away to pick the dog up. Just recently took our dog here. The system was down so they wouldn't accept cards, only cash or check. That's not a super unusual occurrence, except when I looked down and read their move back in November caused the issue. Seems more like procrastination around fixing the issue. Regardless I went to get cash and pay ahead of time because my wife would be picking him up later. I paid 10$ extra for teeth and when my wife went to pick him up the guy says, "He wouldn't let me do his teeth". Our dog is an angel, so I know he wasn't mean about it, but it's pretty common for most dogs to jerk the other way when you're trying to clean their teeth.
