Dr. Choi and her staff listened to my concerns, took care of my pets with a genuine and personal concern, and reduced the cost without wavering the quality of care. Dr. Choi, provided me with information and allowed me the opportunity to make informed decisions. Dr. Choi did not pressure me into anything more than what my pets needed to be in their best health. I was given agency and I felt a warmth that I have not felt in a long time. The facility is big, with several private rooms, and a restroom . Esthetics are top notch.
