Omg! What a utopian place. I wish Delilah and I could exist here. The loveliest and most knowledgeable people. They are so nice and welcoming from the initial phone contact to entering the store to leaving with special good things for your babies. A special thanks to Woody and Aleena. Coming to Felix and Oscar made me feel better about the world.

The staff here is like no other. They have a deep knowledge of your pets nutritionional needs. Prices are very fair and the options are endless for pet care. Our pet Timmy has a better quality of life thanks to this store having the food needed to support his diabetic needs.

Came in looking for some things for my dog and I was not greeted or spoken too at all. I was never asked if I needed any help, and these two employees were just chatting the whole time I was in the store. They made it seem like I was invisible. Mind you, I was the only customer in the store. Would not recommend coming here. Seems like the have some prejudice or something else going on. No clue, but can’t recommend this place.

The ownership and staff at Felix and Oscar create an unforgettable experience every single visit. It's very likely your dog will be pampered and you will be extended every courtesy you can imagine. I've seen them give generously their time, care, attention and even products to the pets they love. I've witnessed several first hand accounts of the bonding that takes place between the owner and the pets, and it's truly because of how much they care, and how they genuinely and passionately care for the dogs and cats they serve and get to know. Some items may be a dollar or two more expensive then other shops (they may do price match, I never asked) but give it a chance and come for the experiences first and the products and yummy treats second. Once again, I’ve tried to shop locally but … Went online, and they advertised carrying “Dave’s” Brand dog food, both frozen and freeze dried, so I took a ride. Once I got there, was greeted kindly and started looking through the store, finally asked for the product I was looking for, I was told “I might have some cans”. I said no thanks and they said they could order what I wanted. So can I !! Please! Please don’t advertise products on your site you don’t have.
