I have been there numerous times. This last time I went I adopted James now called Gambit. He is phenomenal. The last two times I got my great perennes and my Belgian Malinois. The staff are great and helpful. Resourceful as well. I highly recommend them.

Found a dog walking around in the rain. I wanted to do the right thing, so I took him to this shelter so we could scan him and maybe find his owner. Just to be treated really bad by the staff. They didn’t want to take a look at the dog because my ID said round rock and not pflugerville. I hope someone reads my review and do something about this. I also called their phone number and the manager didn’t want to talk to me. Horrible place

Adopted two 45 pound dogs here. Nice place, caring volunteers. Our two boys so well behaved..adjusting to our lives has been a breeze! They get along very well and have a lot of fun with each, our home is filled with JOY🐕‍🦺💓🦮💓 Graham & Kane

I don’t even know how I happened on to their site but am so glad I did! I have been looking to adopt another dog recently as I lost my baby boy of 13 years about a year ago. I was lucky enough to get this sweet tiny full of energy girl who just loves her new big sister and her new hair cut!! I definitely feel it was meant to be! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and let us do a meet and greet before we adopted her to ensure a good fit for all of us.

Called them this morning to follow-up on a kitten stuck in a storm drain. They claimed that they were going to follow-up on it this morning and I thanked them profusely and offered to foster the kitten if it needs aid. They must've thought I hung up after that because after they said goodbye they said "damn straight I'm gonna lie!" -- disgusting.
