Dr.Gudipally always took excellent care of my dog Bruno, him and his staff were always very attentive to my concerns and always treated Bruno very well. Usually could get same day appointments when I called, especially if it was an unexpected and urgent need they could squeeze me in here or in the Hutto location if need be. Sadly Bruno’s condition deteriorated faster than anticipated and I had to euthanize him. I always told myself I would do at home euthanasia but I wouldn’t have been able to get an appointment with the at home companies for 2-3 days and opted to do it in office here rather than make my dog suffer more, the staff made it as dignified as could possibly be expected and were kind and empathetic the whole time. Dr. Gudipally and the staff took great care of my dog Alf when he got his first (hopefully last) IVDD flare-up. They were very kind and could answer all my questions putting my stress level in a better place. I 100% recommend them as they are very responsive and provide excellent customer service.

I have gone to Pflugerville animal hospital for many many years for my dogs care. unfortunately I will no longer be giving them my business due to the receptionist Pam. during an emergency that I've been having with one of my dogs, Pam treated me very bad talking down to me and treating me like I am irresponsible. I wasn't able to make an appointment at the clinic because I was taking my dog to the emergency vet because it was closer. she then demanded that I would have to make a deposit on my next visit because I didn't call to cancel the other one. mind you I've been going here for many many years and never have I been talked to the way she talked to me today. because of this I will no longer be visiting Pflugerville animal hospital I will be finding another vet and I highly suggest that

The front desk person, the vet tech and the vet were a complete pleasure and made me feel like a valued client and pet owner. We have been taking our husky to them for quite some time now. He’s been seen there for about 4 years and no issues. We took him in today to get vaccines and he is not good with needles. When they took him to the back they came back to say he had mouthing issues and needed to be muzzled. We put the muzzle on him and sent him back. They came back shortly later saying it had fallen off and asked if they could do it with us in there and again muzzled. I ensured it was going to stay on and then we started. My wife and a nurse restrained him whilst he was muzzled and the vet proceeded to do his injections. He was not happy about this and started trying to move around. After Rebecca was done he moved his head towards her as if to bite but again was restrained and muzzled at this time. No threat
