Barrett's Boarding

Amanda & Brandon are amazing sitters and Barrett is the perfect host dog. Our dog has stayed with them three times now and one stay was for nearly a week. This is Amanda's job and she takes the responsibility seriously. She took the time to find out a lot about our dog and our expectations before he stayed with them. When we were gone, Amanda sent tons of photos and gave us lots of details about how the days were going. She also answered any questions I had promptly. Our dog LOVES Amanda, Barrett and Brandon. Barrett is super friendly and sweet. We felt a little guilty taking our dog home at the end of his stay because he was having such a good time over there! He can't wait for his next stay and I feel confident that he will always be well cared for by them.

Being a fellow pet sitter, my expectations are very high. Just like all pet parents, we want the very best care for our fury kids while we are away. Amanda, Brandon and Barrett definitely did not disappoint. They were extremely responsive to our requests, answering back to us in just minutes. During the Meet and Greet session, they took the time to answer all of our questions and get to know all the important details of our dog's personality. During our dog Tango's boarding stay, we received many updates and pictures so we knew how things were going while we were away. We have also used their doggy day care service they provide. My family and I adopted a little girl from the shelter and I had major concerns about taking her to a pet hotel that would put her in a crate while we vacation. I choose Barrett’s Boarding after talking directly to current clients about the care that goes along with their service. I was so relieved to spend time with my family out of state knowing our girl was in good hands. I choose the two 30 minute visits daily. I received reports of her behavior, her eating habits, her location in the house upon arrival, how she behaved on walks and pictures of each visit. It was awesome. I searched for a dog walker that could take on my high energy puppy Clover. Amanda has done an awesome job. Clover is better behaved and very happy dog. Amanda gives my dog lots of love and affection. She is very knowledgeable and works with her to walk on a leash and not to pull. I also have Amanda pet sit my dog and never had to worry. I trust her in my house and with my dog and always have returned to a happy Clover! My house was always the way I left it. I receive an email on every visit that includes a map of the walk, pictures and any notes she may she might have. Amanda is very reliable and flexible with my schedule. Amanda contacted me almost immediately after I requested pet sitting services for our dog, Bailey. We scheduled a meet-and-greet session, and Bailey instantly liked Amanda & Brandon. I was very impressed with the entire process. They notified me when the drop-in visit began, and again when it ended. I received pictures and a summary of how Baily was doing after each visit. That helped me relax because I knew Bailey was in good hands. I can't tell you what a relief it was to see Bailey having fun and playing with Brandon in the backyard. Amanda & Brandon not only took very good care of Bailey, but I could tell that they truly love dogs. I highly recommend Amanda & Brandon. Not only did they take excellent care of Bailey, but they treated her as if she was their own.
