Petz R Us

Found worms on our cat Saturday evening, took him first thing Sunday morning for deworming. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, especially our nurse who was a bit of a cat whisperer. We were in and out in less than an hour and the bill was reasonable for an emergency weekend visit. I would definitely recommend this vet for an issue like we had.

I had an excellent experience at Petz R Us today. From the moment I walked in, my cat was immediately taken back for treatment, which gave me peace of mind during a stressful situation. Everyone was wonderful—from the front desk staff to the technicians to the veterinarian—but Dr. Charles London truly stood out. He was absolutely awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure my cat was comfortable and that I fully understood everything happening. He thoroughly explained the diagnosis and treatment plan, answered all my questions with patience, and even took the time to draw a picture to help clarify things. My cat was here shortly after new years. He had eaten some party string and unfortunately had a “foreign body” and was unable to pass it on his own. After diagnostics, we returned the following morning for surgery and Manny did great! Definitely learned my lesson when it comes to party decorations, but I just wanted to thank everyone at Petz R Us for their compassion and patience. This was definitely a terrifying experience for me as I felt so guilty, but they did a great job of walking me through everything and keeping me posted the entire time. I highly recommend this for an urgent vet care! I took my 3 year old Pitbull Terrier there on Feb 13 2026 because she was having some digestive things going on with her. I called ahead and asked them about how much it would be for my dog to be seen and they told me it was $129 and plus services or medication they might have to do for my little Pitbull terrier. So, I came into the place and I felt very welcomed and clean there! I had the medical files for my dog and they informed me that my dog was a little behind on her vaccines (that I didn't know because I adopted her from my friend). I apologized and they had a room right away for my dog and I for us to be seen, I am so thankful they didn't turn me away because my dog was behind on her vaccines. Dr. London and the vet tech team were awesome! I've never had a vet experience like this to be honest. Dr. London took the time to sit down and explain every step, go over any questions, and even gave me his number so i could call him directly the next day (on his day off) to update him on my dog's condition. When I called, he said he was just preparing to call me for an update. The vet tech (sorry, I can't remember her name) was super friendly and attentive, checked in frequently on timing. Very caring and knowledgeable overall. Everyone was really sweet to my dog on top of that. Pricing was really reasonable too.
