We had a good experience here. Even on a Saturday, the wait wasn’t bad. Didn’t feel pressured into anything. Vet was informative and Vet tech Danielle was quick to answer any questions we had. I will happily visit again! It’s not clear on the website, but you don’t have to purchase a wellness package. The basic exam was $69 flat fee, with specific add on services available. We opted for fecal testing for our dog and that was also reasonably priced at $29. These prices are as of December 2025. I brought in my baby Zuko today for a wellness visit. He is a very sensitive and dramatic boy and his noises can sound very scary to some. They met him with so much love and care even through his weird noises lol. I could’ve cried I was so happy. We have always had difficult experiences at other vets as they immediately dismiss him as dangerous because of said noises. This was an amazing experience. They got on his level and I could tell he was so comfortable with them. They explained pricing and were honest with certain things. I am beyond happy that we came here and will be coming back whenever needed. Zuko is very happy 🫶🏻 thank you for treating him as a good boy.

I want to shout a big hurray the PrtWellClinic-Methien. I was having a hard time to find an affordable and good service clinic for my cat. Since the first call I was given clear and straight information. The consultation process was pleasant for us and pet, she was treated gentlely. This isvthe clinic we will keep and recommend ☆

Unbelievable, but true. These people are good. Professional, friendly, helpful, kind to pets AND humans! Quick, efficient, in&out. Quick follow up email informing test conclusions. We had such a wonderful experience at PetWell Methuen! With my new job, it’s been tough to get an appointment with our regular vet, so I was so grateful PetWell had Saturday hours. We were actually the very first visitors on their very first Saturday open, and we were in and out in no time. My dog Lady was treated for an ear infection, and we left feeling so relieved and happy. The staff was kind, the care was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. Thank you for giving us peace of mind and making our weekend so much better. We’ll definitely be recommending PetWell Methuen to everyone!
