Hidden Gem Pet Resort

Diamond, has absolutely loved the playtime and love the team at the hidden gem has been giving her. We certainly appreciate the care Diamond has received and this is her second boarding stay since I was referred to the Hidden gem. Highly recommended!

Hidden Gem always lives up to its name. My Siberian Husky, Lady Arwen is treated like the royal figure she is, and I always have confidence leaving her in their care anytime I have to be away. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I recommend Hidden Gem to anyone who considers their pet part of their family.

We have been doing weekly 1:1 training with Nate since November, and our dog is THRIVING! Nate is extremely passionate and knowledgeable with training dogs. Our dog just began daycare too and had a great time for her first time being around other dogs and people. Their team is very welcoming, trustworthy and worth visiting from anywhere! We are extremely lucky to have Nate and his team at Hidden Gem in Methuen.

Hidden Gem Pet Resort was part of my event, Haverhill's Woofstock as a vendor and a demonstrator for CPR for your pet. Their professionalism was stellar and they truly care about their customers needs. Highly recommend them for all your pet needs.

I’m not sure people know this, but Hidden Gem also boards cats! I’ve boarded my cat here a couple of times now and have had great experiences. The first time, they even gave me a tour of the facility they keep the cats in! It’s super nice, and all the cats get a TON of space that you don’t normally find in other facilities. They also often have last minute availability which has been helpful. I’m very nervous about boarding my cat because she has a lot of health concerns, but I always know she will get all her meds here and be safe. I also love that you can ensure your pet gets ample cuddle/play time as an add on. We will definitely be back!
