The staff here is amazing! My cat got sick and they got us in quickly, even being new patients! Everyone was so nice and the rooms are set up for the best and least stressful experience for the animals. My cat loved the room and explored everything! A few tests and some lovins from the staff and we were on our way! Thank you to everyone who took care of my boy 💙

We have two indoor/outdoor long hair cats that are loving pets during the day and adventurous farmland hunters by night. We believe they are living their best lives, but it's one where their long coats can become tangled and matted. It was a source of frustration and discomfort for them, just as trying to find a place to take them for grooming was for us. We called countless groomers and vet offices and nobody would take on the task of shaving these guys. But, we warned them that doing so would require them to be sedated as they are not going to sit for it quietly. It will be a fight. We did not find PetVet365 which is new to the area, until after we pursued all other routes to get them taken care of. They are a blessing. My little boy Bobinsky had an obstruction and needed emergency surgery. They worked with us with the utmost care, compassion and kindness. Thank heavens for Dr. Brooks and the wonderful team, for everyone who helped us during this emergency. After being quoted an outrageous amount at another ER, their costs were reasonable and affordable and we are forever grateful. They are even still checking in with us after he has been released. His stitches even look meticulously done, I know he's going to be okay. Thank you so much.

My cat Badger loves the toys and decorations in the cat room! The staff is always kind and knowledgeable, and I definitely recommend bringing your fur baby here. They even have a sweet clinic cat named Riddick, who makes the place feel so warm and homey!

We have taken our dogs here for the last few years. We see Dr. Amanda Brooks-Collins and she is always wonderful. Dr. Brooks always makes sure our questions are answered and that we are informed about anything she recommends. Her staff are always kind and helpful. We also appreciate that we can get in very quickly for illnesses. We know our dogs are in the best hands here!
