I took my pet in for a vaccine and a fecal test, the vet and techs there were all polite. Unfortunately, they lost my pets fecal sample and never communicated that with me. When I called the customer service line, they didn't apologize or offer a refund. They also said that there was nothing that they could do for me. I asked to know what happened to his sample and they said that they did not know and that it would take a week to figure it out. Never trusting this place with my pet's needs again.
Would highly recommend! The service was fast, easy, and direct. You will save time and money going to this mobile veterinarian vs going to the vet. My dog got all the shots he needed in no time.
A much more affordable solution for vaccinations than bringing my cat into the vet but it definitely could use some help getting more organized.
Our visit went well. The wait wasn’t long (15min) and the staff was great. Little tight in store but again staff handle well.
My dog Cookie got shots today and the PetVet services were great as usual
