PetVet Vaccination Clinic

Everyone was very friendly. Explained about the shots.vet asked questions .All was good . I only wished they had chairs for us to sit in as it would be more comfortable holding dogs that way . Maybe give out tickets / numbers as we are waiting .

I believe the pre-registration is ridiculous. We were the first ones there, but guided to the wrong area of the store only to find out the services were on the other side of the store. When we went to the other side, there were already five people in front of us. When the girl went down the line and asked if you pre-registered, if someone had said no, they didn’t pre-register would you make them get at the end of the line when there was already 20 people in line? It makes no sense. In the past, you simply showed up at the designated time and it was first come first serve. That’s the way it should be, first come, first served.

What a great service Pet Vet is! This is the first time I used them and I was impressed! From pre-registration to checking and the the service and checking out, everything was well orchestrated and professional! I had to travel a distance, but it was worth it. I will definitely be back.
