Place was very dirty, my dogs were so dirty I couldn't believe it after they had supposedly bathed them. The cages are barely clean. I felt like they care more about the money than the actual animals. The prior owner was excellent this new owner no so much.

My Germa shepherd ccame out looking really good all soft and shiny. Great job dealing with him getting his nail done, cause he was not happy. But they worked great with him.

I absolutely love this place. I've been using them to groom my cat since the previous owners. The new owner is very professional and truly cares about your animal. The groomer is amazing with my cat who is very high strung and stresses out easily. I will not take him anywhere else. They are also very reasonably priced.

We have had a few appointments and I don't think we'll be going anywhere else! Very satisfied with the work and prices.

They took my dogs to a kill shelter in Philadelphia stating they found them . I received a call from the kill shelter ONLY because my dogs were microchipped and when I confronted them I was told I abandoned them even though I called every day up until they stopped calling me back to check on my dogs. They knew from the beginning they would be there for a couple months until my house was ready and the policy is you pay deposit and pay the rest when you pick them up so how is that abandoning my dogs? I just happen to get lucky because my dogs were microchipped I don’t want to see another family go through what I just did. If I was 20 minutes later picking my dogs up from the kill shelter they would have been put down and on top of all of that my dogs came back skinny to the point their ribs
