no surprise these reviews are so bad. staff is condescending, charge you for stuff you don’t need and/or ask for. doc comes in for routine visits, asks how the pet is doing, tells you the same thing you’ve heard a million times, then charges you $46 calling it an “exam” 😂 over a hundred dollars for every. single. vaccine. also, staff is weird. very weird lol cult vibes. they were scared of my 4 month old cat? like what? spoke ill about their experience with my “feral” cat during a spay in front of other patients. my 4 year old nephew isn’t scared of my “feral” cat. maybe find a new career?? something more suiting like a mcdonald’s drive thru 😌

Terrible I'll never go back there again. I misplaced a bottle of pills asked them to write another script followed up in a couple days nothing they didn't have the script ready for me I asked what the heck is going on there said one of the workers has breast cancer even if that was the case you need all hands on deck and run a functional office i excused it and she said they are going to fill the bottle and I would get a text when to pick it up the next day never heard a word from them!!! What kind of practice are you running there??? My cat has cancer too!!!

The staff at this office is an amazing group of people. I was a new patient that had a dog who was 15 years old. My Vet of 10+ years was not in the office today and has a new associate. The new vet would not let me stay in the room when they performed the euthanization. I was not happy with that as I think it is very important to be with your pet and in their final moments. I was taken in immediately by the Animal Clinic of Buena and the staff was very welcoming. I am truly grateful from the bottom of my heart for their hospitality, and their kindness during this difficult time. We were so moved by their kindness that we have decided to switch our veterinarian to their practice for our other beloved pets. I recommend them to anyone thinking about switching their veterinarian.

We took our 15 year old Siamese to Dr. Ludwig. He was very personable and shared his knowledge with us about a treatment plan. I’ve been to other veterinarians and though they were good at their jobs, the comfortable feeling wasn’t there. It just seemed more professional than showing empathy toward you and your pet. Thank you!!
