Web site seemed like it would work off and on to register. The staff that gave my two dog their shots were great! Friendly, patient, quick, and easy to work with. Check in was not good at all. Rude, no help, told me to wait outside for my text messages for the vaccinations. I entered my cell number incorrectly and finally went back in about 30-45 minutes later only then to realize this. Had the person been welcoming and in my opinion doing a good job this time loss could have been avoided.

It was pretty unorganized. Many of us did not know about the pre-registration process. The website said "no appointment necessary", "walk-ins welcome". People got in line early because they had places to go (that was me) and was told we could not stand there in line. I learned about pre-registration just before leaving early to stand in line. That put me way down on the list and I missed my next appointment that day. While I waited, I watched people who registered after getting to the store and got in the line that I was told I could not stand in, and they got processed and checked in before me, putting me down further on the list.
