Dr. Frank and his staff is amazing. They do everything possible to make Snoopy’s vet visit as stress free as possible, which is not an easy task. They are always there for us when we need them. And I so appreciate that Dr. Frank is willing to think outside the box. And the atmosphere reminds me more of a living room than a vet practice, which keeps my anxiety down as well.

The office was very appealing and comfortable.The front desk cat was very professional and seem to be very knowledgeable as well. The assistant girl was also very nice and the vet was absolutely amazing. Not pushy, tricky, forceful, conformative, ect like most vets/doctors these days. An absolute great experience and the cat seemed to think so as well 😻

We took our cat Piper in last year and again the other day. She was having some bowel issues etc. We absolutely love Dr. Frank and his staff! No pushing unnecessary tests or medication and Dr, Frank sat and talked with up and explained everything and gave us choices. Piper is fine and we highly recommend taking your beloved pets to him!! You will not be sorry.

Vets are good, and explain things well. Reception is okay. Came here for my cat, who had an eye infection, and unknown caused bump on her head a while back. They ran several tests to make sure it wasn't anything serious, but those test added up pretty quickly. When I went to pay, I asked if I could split the total between two cards, and the lady scoffed and stifled a laugh before agreeing. Not all of us have emergency pet funds, when a wellness exam turns over $700 for prevention care. Won't be coming back.

These guys are kind, down-to-earth and very clear and concise with explaining things about my pets. They do a decent job of having availability for emergencies in their schedule, or working with you to determine how to proceed if not. Their prices are also quite reasonable! Thanks, Harmony!! Update several years and several surgeries later for this 15yo. Dr. Frank has done amazing work helping to keep our boy as happy and healthy as possible. The smile on his face says it all. ♡
