PetVet Vaccination Clinic

Horrible experience. I pre registered prior to appointment was told to sit in car turns out they didn't even do walk ins instead told everyone in line to pre register. I registered at 4 am but ended up in line beside a person that registered when they got there at 1pm. I took my kitten for her first round of shots she has never been treated before once the vets started the shots they acted as if a vet job doesn't involve dealing with animals. They said my kitten must be taken to a full service vet which I have no problem with considering the attitude I was given. This is a nice service for affordability but to save the trouble and being given an attitude by staff id rather give my money to vets that actually understand what it takes to handle animals.

Of course it was a good value but, that’s what these services are designed for. It was very unorganized initially until the vet area. They had us change our line to a different location. The check-in should have been two ppl checking customers in and it would have been quicker. There should have been cones set up with a clear path etc. Paying was easy and fast. It would have been 5 stars if check in was faster and more organized. All personnel were kind and patient.

The vet staff was a little late setting up but once they started taking customers it moved quickly. A weight check, vitals check, 5 in 1, lepto, bordetella, and deworming for a great price. The staff was sweet and kind to my puppy and explained everything in detail.

Such a refreshing experience for our dog and for us. Very quality care without being handed a bill for $500! The vet and his helpers were all so kind and showed genuine interest in our mini-doodle. Top care without top pricing.

Every thing went well except your preregistration doesn’t work the staff don’t use, waiting in car never works, they never text customer to come and than when I go in always long line.
