Canine Country Club Inc,

New to this place and so far 10/10. All of the staff are friendly and engaged, we have a greyhound who can get overstimulated, but they pay attention to how each dog is handling its environment and proceed accordingly. So happy to have found Canine Country Club!

The people here are always wonderful, it is a clean bright well run place. They have a great deal of confidence that my pup is in good hands

We picked our dog, Mia, up today 08/30/25 after a week of "boarding". We signed up for texts and photos to be sent to us during this week, and all updates claimed she was eating all of her food and was in good spirits. However, Mia was returned to us very noticeably thinner, and she had these injuries (see picture). They clearly were dishonest about the experience our dog was having there. And they failed to mention the injuries she received while staying there. Will NOT trust them with Mia again. I suggest you don't trust them with your dog either.

I want to share a recent experience that we had with Canine Country Club, specifically The Windsor. We kenneled Sally there for 9 days. Canine Country Club has a great reputation. We’ve had our dog, Sally there a bunch of times, typically just weekends. Because of successful previous shorter stays, we felt comfortable leaving Sally in the care of The Windsor. In this case, we picked Sally up and found her to appear emaciated. Her ribs are sticking out as are her hip bones and her spine. She has lost a lot of weight and is terribly thin. She is normally a very high-energy dog and now seems to have low energy and appears to be almost depressed. This was my first time having my dog Rocky stay here and I am very pleased . The booking process was super easy and everyone was very friendly . Rocky tends to be very anxious when he gets boarded and is usually out of sorts when he first comes home . This was definitely a great experience for him he came home happy as a clam ! He also smelled nice and fresh . I will definitely be booking again for our Next vacation in the winter . Thank you Canine Country Club for taking great care of Rocky !! 🐾🐾
