The Windsor, by Canine Country Club

No accountability, irresponsible record keeping. In less than a handful of visits I’ve had issues with feeding my pup. The first time they gave me a free stay after too many phone calls and then not admitting to the error because their records showed they fed her despite the extra bag of food sent home. Second time the feeding log was all messed up. No returned phone call or email. Despite the convenient location and “fancy” facility, I no longer trust them with my pup.

Relocated to the area and was looking for a new place to take my 6 month old golden retriever, Yeti. K9 Country Club was referred to me by family friends. Both facilities are “Country Club” life for our fur babies & I have never seen a place quite like this 😍 . I enrolled Yeti in their WAGS program which required a thorough assessment for about 2 weeks so you can tell they really care for the approval process. Yeti has been going now for almost 2 months and he’s so happy!! The entire staff is so sweet & attentive calming my nerves so I could focus on moving, new job and not worry about my baby. When I drop him off he’s excited to go & when I pick him up, he’s sleeping in the car ride home & sleeps all night. He’s so happy to see everyone 🤗 Another plus is their socialization gatherings

I cannot say enough good things about this place ! I am a travel nurse and I travel with my two rescue dogs Lincoln and Penny. They are both very sweet but have a lot of quirks. From the minute I expressed my hesitations due to their quirks the staff was immediately attentive to my concerns and willing to help my dogs (as well as myself) to be comfortable during their stay. For this reason I have become a repeat customer. The facility offers lots of extras which is great for dogs like mine who have separation anxiety and need extra TLC. Now when I pull in the parking lot my dogs cannot wait to jump out of the car, and it is due to the compassion, attention to detail and professionalism of this facility ! Always a fan of this place. The staff are wonderful and have taken great care of my pup. We also like to attend the swim events and are impressed with the setbacks up. Their new resort pool is an even better set up with the dog run attached.

My 6 month old corgi had a blast swimming in the indoor pool! Staff was very kind and helpful during the sign-up process and we were greeted with a smile and a friendly introduction when we arrived! We can’t wait to try the outdoor pool soon.
