They did a great job with a cat who isnot used to vets! Very kind and gentle. We love the new electronic check in and recommend that you plan to have someone 'out front' where traditionally the line forms to help people who don't know how to scan to check in. This is particularly important with rural and older (and old fashioned) clientele who are your base at Tractor Supply locations. Don't pull a Cracker Barrel mistake, modernize, and loose your customers.
