Staff was very nice. Line was long. an hour long The session was 4:00 to 5:30 - there were people without prior check in. Maybe have a time frame for preregistered and an open time frame so those who preregistered can be expedited. Over all it was a very good experience. I would also suggest poop bags and wipes.. Several people were cleaning out the bathroom of supplies to clean up after their dog.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. It was a great experience for the first time!

I can not say enough about the staff at the Butler Tractor Supply location. Patient, kind, caring, all questions answers in a friendly manner. 5 stars!

My Pup was anxious and scared , the women here were wonderful with him! I felt horrible the gallons of pee I swear he was shooting at them(seriously where was he holding all of it??) while they administered shots and clipped his nails. They were patient and great with him ! I would definitely recommend this location!

On 2/27/2024 I visited the Clinic location at the Tractor Supply in Butler, PA. It was for 12 week puppy visit and all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The walk-in wait was reasonable and my puppy got a full exam and shots. Highly recommend and will be back for 16 week visit.
