Very good friendly helpful able to trim both my bully dogs nails! They’re not very well socialized and they were able to accommodate with the level of staff needed to get the job done!

It was nice to talk to the vet as the cats had never been vetted. They were thoughtful and I loved the package deal with the 20% coupon for 1st visit.

Would not recommend. Took my dog for his vaccines and purchased a supply of the nexguard plus for fleas and heartworm. Was told by the vets checking me out NOT to give if positive for heartworm. A few days later my dog did in fact test positive.for heartworm. What the vet failed to inform me however is that the medicine alone cost $242. We aren't rich. And now I am unable to use this. The vet bill alone will cost upwards of $3000 for the heartworm treatment. I was also not told that all sales were final. Interestingly enough TSC itself will refund medications bought. The vet? Nit so! So now my family will be nearly 300 dollars out on an unusable product and trying to figure out how to come up with 3000.

Everything went well at the vet visit today with “Oliver” He did very well ! He got all of his shots and his heartworm test plus his heartworm medication We forgot his stool sample but we need to go back so when we return we will bring it then. Thank you to the dr. And the staff for all their help !❤️

Yesterday, I used Pet Vet for the 4th and last time. The experience was terrible. In the past, it was first come, first served where all services were provided efficiently and the line moved along quickly. This time it was first pre-registered, first served no matter when you arrived. The Pet Vet team arrived 1 1/2 hours late and once there it was chaotic, unorganized. with long wait times. The Vet and assistant had long pauses between clients - a total misuse of their time. The vet came from a clinic in another state and the other 3 came from a clinic hours away. So no wonder they were late - the pre-registration virtual line process was very time consuming. It made them late for us and even later for the location after us.
