Information on small pet's is out dated. i get my feeders and setups in the amsterdam store the Information is wrong on the reptiles and can kill your pet i personally go on u tube and look up wickets wicked reptile for the most accurate information they still sell some of the best products but need to update information about reptiles and invertebrates

I had a very good experience even though that was my first time being in the store ,customer service was great the associate had knowledge and I even got a discount for making a big purchase. I would definitely recommend a friend.And I’ll be back.

Set up an express grooming for 7am to make sure my Yorkie Poo would not be locked up in the crate. I took time off from work to drive her there when I arrived The doors were still locked at 7 AM. One employee came and said he had to wait for another one who was able to unlock the door who was also running late. That man showed up with two of his own dogs to be groomed . I then proceeded inside and since my Yorkie had not been feeling well, I wanted to make sure she was done before any other dogs and then I was able to pick her up right after the reason behind scheduling at 7am . I then proceeded to ask where the employee was that I signed up for to do the grooming was then was told that she thought she didn’t have to be in until 8 AM and that they would have to call her. My miniature schnauzer no longer has his beard terrible cut. His nails were hacked off I think. So disappointing. I tried a new person and it wasn’t good. And I like the fact that they take there time but over 3 1/2 hours

The staff of the grooming salon are true professionals. They are polite and caring. The work they perform is first class. Would not take my companion any where else. Sorry you will be closing through no fault of your own, but I will return as a loyal customer when you re-open. Good luck to the grooming staff. With wagging tail, "Yogi Bear"
