Paws Up Certified Dog Training, Grooming & Daycare

I cannot recommend this dog training facility enough. Before we started, my dog, Saylor, was left with severe trauma after being attacked by a loose dog on our walk. Her high reactivity rate had me in tears of distress, and every walk was a source of deep anxiety for both of us. I truly never thought we’d be able to enjoy a simple walk together again. The training and support we received here have fundamentally changed our lives. The growth Saylor has made is nothing short of a miracle, and it has me in complete awe. Kept pushing back my obedience class start date and would not refund the deposit despite making me and my dog wait several months to get into a class. would understand if it was my fault, but the business continued to cancel my class and reschedule it to days that do not work for me! In the mean time I had to train elsewhere for basic obedience and when I contacted paws up again to pursue an intermediate class since my dog received beginner's elsewhere they told me they can't let me use my deposit in a different class of theres without completing there beginners first... since i HAD to use my "non refundable deposit even in the event of owner's fault" of an absurd $150, I reluctantly decided to use Paws Up beginners course because it was made clear I'm NOT getting my almost $200 back....

We love Jen and her staff, they are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. We took multiple classes with our boy starting with puppy all the way up to advanced and would go back for specialty and refresher classes in a heartbeat. Our boy is well mannered and we have received compliments from our vets office and when we take him out in public. Without the confidence and knowledge for both our dog and us we would not be in the place we are today. Many thanks to Paws Up for always being there.

Jennifer Hammond has a way of making you feel like you and your dog are the most important customers around. We have taken several training classes as well as day camp and boarding. Her communication kept us at ease while we were away. I had no doubt he was in great hands! Jen has a lot of knowledge regarding diet as well. I will only get my treats at her facility. I have learned a lot about what to look for and I only trust the ones she has there. Jen is so understanding and willing to help! I am actually going to reach out to her for a need right now! Great welcoming and friendly staff...truly love animals. No long waits to be seen...free puppy classes for new puppies to teach basic commands and answer training questions and socialization skills. The office and exam rooms are clean and odor free. Professional staff are very knowledgeable and take time to educate pet parents. Office staff use technology to send vaccine reminders and schedule appointments. I am very pleased with the services and staff!!🐶❤
