PetSuites Westfield

I called Petsuites the very last minute because my previous boarding facility called me the the day before and told me my pet had to complete a new interview because its been a year since his last visit. Now, seeing that my pet has attended daycare and been boarded at this facility for several years I thought it was ironic that they told me they couldn't board him without an interview. I had my arrangements to drop him off at 7am the day of travel but because he required an interview the earliest availability was at 8:30am and depending on the outcome would determine if he could stay. I called Petsuites and they immediately accommodated. The facility was clean, it smelled good, they offered live camera footage and they even provided a paw report. Best of all they responded back immediately

This place is the best boarding place we have ever used. They literally saved our dog’s life. He developed gastric distention volvulus (bloat) while in group play and was very, very sick. They recognized that he was in distress and took him to our vet immediately. He underwent emergency surgery for this and we did not know if he was going to make it through surgery. He has since recovered and is doing well! We know that anytime we need to board Marvin here, he is in great hands with people that truly care about these dogs. We will never go anywhere else!

Woody had a great first experience at Pet Suites. I could tell when I dropped him off and when I picked him up that the staff are caring people who love pets. I especially liked that I received daily updates with pictures. We'll be back. May even enroll Woody in preschool.

We took our handsomean for his first professional grooming at the age of seven! The groomer was patient and kind with him. He looked amazing when I picked him up and he has been showing off his new cut !

After many failed attempts to have our dog cared for at the FISHER’s location, we decided to try the Westfield location. First time they were about six hours late trying to get our poor dog in. I gave them specific instructions on how to care for him because he’s on medicine and it seemed to have been completely ignored even after I stood there at check-in with specific instructions. At the time we were supposed to pick him up I found out that he was still in group play for hours! Nobody had taken him to groom him… when I expressed my concern and disappointment, I was not made to feel like it mattered. Or my dog mattered. We will never be back and we will never suggest or refer them to any of our friends , clients or customers.
