Can’t say enough wonderful things about PetSuites Waterford Lakes! From the moment I walked in, the staff made both me and my pets feel like family. The facility is spotless, bright, and welcoming, and you can tell immediately that everyone there genuinely loves animals. The team took the time to learn about my pet’s personality, routines, and quirks, which gave me so much peace of mind. Their communication is excellent—updates, photos, and little notes made me feel connected even while I was away. My pet came home relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for. PetSuites Waterford Lakes has been absolutely amazing for my dog, Nooka! From the moment we walk in, the staff is welcoming and caring, and I always feel confident that she’s in the best hands. A special shoutout to Tymia, Micheal, Julianna, Raul, and Gabby for always going above and beyond. We can tell they truly care about Nooka and make her feel comfortable and happy. The memberships are also a great value and make it so convenient to bring Nooka regularly for play and care (also the photoshoots they do are the absolute cutest!!). She always comes home tired, clean, and full of joy after her visits. I can’t recommend this location enough. Thank you to the whole PetSuites team for treating Nooka like family!

Loved the cleanliness, professionalism, and friendly staff they have here. The young lady that helped me truly seemed to care for my situation wanting to board my two pets together and worked the best deal posible for me and was very caring with my pets. I left for our vacation feeling calm and happy. I recommend this place highly and loved the Pawgress report.

My pittie loved boarding. He had some fun. They really treat your dog like one of their own. They provide updates and pictures how they are doing. Loved the over customer service. Would recommend!!
