Where to start… I’ll start by saying this place is absolutely AMAZING! The love and attention they show my dog, Macho, has been second to none. When I first started bringing him here about a year ago, I was a little apprehensive because of all the things you hear about boarding facilities. On our first visit, I booked a regular room. It was fine, but I wished I could check in on him. They told me about their townhouse option—a room with a camera, raised bed, TV, three walks a day, and individual playtime. Say less, let’s go! During that trip, I was glued to the camera making sure he was okay. But when I came to pick him up, he wasn’t worried about me at all—he didn’t even want to leave! He had a blast. I get super stressed to leave my dogs but I’ve left both of them with PetSuites twice and everything went smoothly. The online intake is very specific with feeding and medication instructions, including amounts and number of feeds, as well as documentation of all the items brought in with your pets. Throughout their stay, you can opt for daily report cards, daily group play, baths and more. One of my dogs has mild bilious vomiting syndrome and will vomit bile after not eating for a 7-8hr stretch of time, usually in the mornings. PetSuites notified me if he did throw up and was able to adjust and toss him some treats before bed. Everyone seems really nice and genuinely concerned about each and every pet. Austin was a big help with my anxiety of leaving my girl due to her being scared upon leaving her for her evaluation. I can’t thank them enough for taking my dog in on such short notice. The staff was kind, understanding, and took such great care of him while I was away. It really meant a lot knowing he was safe and well cared for. I would definitely recommend them!
