They did wonderful with my two girls they didn’t take these photos but look how cute they had my girls looking. Also loved that they do not use kennels and they aren’t locked up waiting to get groomed. They even painted their claws to match their bows. I waited a few days before we got the pictures so the polish doesn’t look as good as it did but I am thrilled with how they looked and they were able to get them in without waiting a long time. The customer service was next to none absolutely loved it. Highly recommend

This place is horrible. When you take your dog there you are asked what services do you want , you explain what you want and what kind of shampoo to use for your dog needs . It was asked to use oatmeal that was not used . It was asked not to cut my dogs hair at all got my dog back she was cut very short one more cut she would have been to the skin . VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I ASKED IF YOU FELT LIKE THE DOG NEEDED ANY OTHER TYPE OF CARE OR HAIRCUT OTHER THEN WHAT WAS ASKED YOU CALL THE OWNERS , AND ASK NOT JUST CUT IT THEN CALL AND SAY O I CUT YOUR DOG HAIR BECAUSE IT WAS MATTED AND THATS WHAT WE FELT WE SHOULD DO NOOOOOOO NOOOO NOO YOU CALL YOU EDUCATE WHATS GOING ON AND YOU GIVE THE OWNER AN OPTION IF THATS WHAT THEY WANT . Then after you express that SHE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY NO ITS LAW

I was getting ready to come bring my dog but after reading that last review I have to agree with the last review owner . I would have wanted a call before you decide to cut my dog hair as well . Understanding that company thought they was doing the right thing . As a pet owner I would have wanted a call educating me on what was going on and what I would like done . Getting a call that you cut my animal hair not the way I ask I would have been upset . So the professional thing to do was to call that dog owner and let them know what was going on .

Hound Haven is a terrific community gem ! Val is fantastic with the dogs and they love her ! The facility is clean and open and the dogs have lots of room to run and play. The groomers are gentle and attentive and my pup always comes out sooo soft and clean (he tries not to keep it that way for long!) If you need daycare or groomers this is a great option !!
