My wife and I brought our dog here to fine-tune his listening skills and overall manners, with the hope of eventually pursuing therapy certification. Over the course of about 10 weeks, we completed three training courses and worked closely with Aubry. I truly cannot speak highly enough of her or the entire team. We were nervous at first, but Aubry consistently treated us with kindness, respect, and patience. She took the time to answer every question we had and made the entire process feel approachable and supportive. When it came time for our dog to enter therapy training, Rebecca, the owner, led the class. So happy with On Command! We just finished Puppy Obedience and will continue with the other classes. We started puppy obedience right at 3 months old because my puppy has ENERGY. Kelsey was so great! Absolute pro with these crazy dogs. The trainers give you their personal numbers so you can text them with questions.

On Command has incredible trainers! They are knowledgeable, friendly and truly care about their clients (2 legged and 4 legged)! They take the time to ensure you are comfortable and confident in the training you learn each session, they review them with you and make sure you have the skills and comfort to continue them at home! I cannot tell you how much they have helped with my confidence and my pups during our training! Some days I think he likes Amber and Kelsie more than he likes me! We have just started our 4th set of classes with them (puppy, basic, intermediate and now advanced) and will continue with them for this pup and any future pups!

These are the very best trainers. They know dogs and their needs and how to train them beyond what you could ever could be conceived. They are patient with dog and trainer and work to create team. I’m happy to have been with them for 6 years. I have three dogs that have gone through various trainings and trust them completely. I have a service dog excellently trained by Rebecca Henrickson .and Amber. I started rally with Kyla and am amazed at the things I have learned. Angie also does great training and Aubry is amazing. I can't say enough about how wonderful they all are, kind compassionate and knowledgeable. Amber is so positive and encouraging. I am still learning and so thankful for their guidance.
