PetSuites Collierville

I cannot say enough good things about PetSuites Collierville! They take such incredible care of my furbaby, Axel, and it’s such a relief knowing he’s in safe, loving hands while I’m away. A special shout-out to Lindsey, his groomer—she does an absolutely amazing job every single time. Axel always comes home looking (and smelling) fantastic. Axel has been experiencing some leg pain, and Lindsey took extra care to ensure he was comfortable while being pampered. It’s such a relief to find someone so talented and compassionate! If you’re looking for a place that treats your pets like family, this is it!

We have boarded our 4 cats four times in the last two years. The cat units are spacious, multi level, and plenty of room for two cats. We reserve two adjacent units that can be setup so our cats can crossover and visit with each other. We have one cat with special needs requiring 3 medications to be administered orally every 12 hours. The staff handles this with ease. All of our experiences with Pet Suites Collierville have been great and we highly recommend them.

I originally took my puppy for doggy daycare for the 99.00 dollar special. It was okay . I didn't receive any updates and my puppy had not been feed all day. I paid for unlimited visits and the young lady started it early shortening me three days he has not been feed a few times and didn't eat all day. I will be boarding him for 4 days and I'm already feeling stressed about his car . I'm asking for a room with a camera today . This will determine if he will be returning back to doggy daycare after this month. 500.00 dollars is a lot when your dogs are not getting playtime and not being feed I may as well leave him at home alone . We have a rescue dog In many lodging places they wont even give her a chance to interact or play with other dogs because she gets easily overwhelmed This is the only place we know where they have a separate playgroup for low energy and sensitive dogs, fewer dogs and shorter times so she can socialize without stressing Love the place! And very convenieny schedules too.

I boarded my cat there in September. The daily updates I received said everything was going well. He threw up one day , they keep me posted until he started feeling better. I booked another reservation this week because I am traveling again. My deposit was taken and I was notified that the reservation had been accepted. The next day I received a text saying they will not accept my cat again due to his behavior at his last stay. I asked why none of his behavior issues were mentioned before but I never got an answer.
