First appt with them today and they were amazing! My dog is nervous with strangers and doesn’t like to be touched. We picked her up and she was both beautifully groomed and also very calm and relaxed. She was clearly happy and had been treated with great care. We will be back!

Alena is an amazing pet groomer! I love the way she receives my dog, Ada, always with so much love and care. Ada is never overly stressed at drop-off or pick-up, which tells me she feels safe and well treated. Alena truly understands exactly how we like Ada to be groomed and always delivers great results. The location is also perfect—so close and convenient in our neighborhood. We feel very lucky to have petspets nearby!

Had a great experience here. I was nervous to bring my cat to a new groomer but they are extremely kind and welcoming and they did a great job. Would definitely recommend

Update: Visit #2. Alana is open to feed back and we corrected a few details on their cut. The boys are still happy to go there. ______ I’m so happy to have found such a great place close to home to bring my two boys for grooming. Alana and Oksana were incredibly attentive and calm with them. My pups can be a bit skeptical about grooming, so it was a huge relief to come back and see them running around and enjoying themselves. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing service! My pup loves going there - the team is so gentle and caring, and the grooming always looks fantastic. The great thing they are really easy to schedule. Highly recommend!
