PetSmart

Wow !! I am at a lost for words how amazing PetSmart did with my fur baby!! We came in matted, scared, and not sure what to do to happy, soft and back looking like my dog again! Between kids, life and jobs I really lost my grip up keeping my baby's fur and pet smart made me feel like I'm not alone in this. I wish I could remember our groomers name but I sure remember her face and will come back again with her exact name she did amazing!!! I'm sure every groomer in there would do an awesome job tho. They didn't judge us, they met us right where we were at and brought us back to life! I'm beyond happy! Thank you so much Pet smart!

This PetSmart has a large selection of fish. They were always helpful when I had my fish tank. Now I am a proud parakeet owner. Sometimes they have staff that know about birds and sometimes they don’t. But they are usually full staffed and I rarely have to wait for help.

They voided the warranty on my beta fish because I bought the tank at the same time and they said I had to wait a week to buy the fish if I wanted the warranty on the fish . Im not coming back in a week for the fish . I have always just poured distilled water in then the water conditioner and waited 24hrs . Fish is doing great except my cat thinks he looks delicious. And even in the instructions on the tank is says to wait 24hrs , thats it .

I usually have good experiences at PetSmart, which is why this was disappointing. I went in to buy three small goldfish for my child. The associate explained that goldfish need about 20 gallons per fish, which I understood and agreed with. I mentioned they would be going into a large stock tank and politely asked if it was possible to choose ones with longer tails, since we wanted them as pets. Her response was dismissive and rude. She said, “No, these are feeder fish. I grab three random fish and that’s what you get. They’re 29 cents each.” The tone made it clear the fish were considered disposable. What’s frustrating is the contradiction: on one hand, employees lecture customers about proper care and tank size, but on the other, they treat the animals as having little value because th
