Am going To love Bringing My Dogs here and I want groomer Ginger My Pomeranian Had Health Issues I Explained To them So Caring and All were so nice I was With my old groomer almost 40 years and she Passed Away Unexpected so I decided to Try Pet Smart again I lived Wheatland then now GV I did Have my Cats Groomed here before am so Greatful Ginger did such good Job on my Pomeranian and I have three more to do Grooming done thank you to you all for making It Great Great visit
I will not bring my schnauzer to PetSmart again. The groomer took a shortcut grooming him by completely shaving him in the cold of winter. I’ve had schnauzers for 15+ years and NEVER have they been completely shaved due to matting. I was shocked when I picked him up to find what I found. This groomer was lazy and didn’t want to take the time to comb through and cut out some of the matting. It had only been six weeks since his previous groom. This should not have happened!
Had to see the local store here. I am from several states away and needed to grab a few supplies. Store is smaller than many in my state, but they had what i needed. Staff was friendly. Store was mostly clean. The new Nate & Jeremiah line is great!
Love everything about this store!! They price match They're amazing and very caring The store is super clean!!! All for my fatheaded dogs who are beyond spoiled!!
I scheduled an appointment for a bath and brush for my Mini Doodle on 12/5/23. I was excited about trying this location because it is close to our home. Checking in went well however when I arrived to pick up I immediately noticed that his coat wasn’t fully dry. When putting on his booties I noticed that his paws were very damp. Today I noticed more things that raised concern as his coat is not fully brushed out and he doesn’t smell like he received a proper wash. I’m extremely unhappy with the service received and question the care that was given to my fur baby. I usually take him to another location in Sacramento where he gets the service and care he deserves. I was hoping that this location would work out because it is closer to our home but unfortunately it did not. After seeing other
