The groomers here hate their job. I walked in one day and the caucasian heavy set woman with glasses rolled her eyes with disgust. Then they said they dont do the walk in services listed online. I told them i called before i came and I got the " sorry dont know who you spoke with". I left and called petco and was treated very nicely. Definitely a mood changer

Workers became very rude on my first ever inquiry about services. Dog returned to me with damaged paws from clawing in Drier boxes they use which have killed dogs. My dog needed groomed again and my regular groomer was not available, and when I told Petsmart grooming what happened before, the girl began making whining sounds to me on phone call trying to intimidate me, annoyed to be hearing a complaint. I offered to pay for express service( which they don’t tell new customers about) where dog isn’t kenneled supposedly. She told me they try to use the dryer boxes anyway and my dog won’t be dried properly if they cannot use it. My dog is a somewhat sensitive sweet husky and they aren’t going to dry my dog properly in winter, 20 degrees outside and I’m being charged $80 for the groom?! E

We ❤️ Petsmart Grooming!!!! Leah is the best & does a phenomenal job with our 3 year old German Sheppard Kya. Kya gets very anxious & nervous for baths & nail trims. Kya is very selective when it comes to people in general but also extremely selective in who she allows to groom her. She won't let anyone else touch her. Leah is very patient, kind, & caring. We have always had a wonderful experience with Petsmart Grooming Services. Thank you again Leah for doing such a wonderful job with our baby girl. We appreciate all of your hard work & all of the love, kindness, & empathy that you show to Kya.

shout out to chase for helping us with our hamster related questions, he was such a chill guy and he put up with all of our questions about a hamster having huge balls because it kinda grossed us out. He even informed us about at which stores we could find female hamsters and seemed super knowledgeable and he totally had the vibes of a hamster tamer i wouldn’t even be surprised if he pulled out a little flute and made them dance! Chillest guy ever, thanks bro ❤️
