PetSmart

I adopted a very anxious and previously abused Australian Shepard. He had matting behind his ear, on his tail and his stomach. I was very hesitant to bring him to get groomed because he’s so scared. I asked the manager who he recommended for nervous dogs and he said Amber. She did absolutely amazing on my sweet boy and I will be going to her from now on. Thank you guys so much. Don't know the cashier's name, but if you can't be bothered to greet someone that you call to your line just let me wait in the other line. Short girl with braids and glasses. Register 2, 2/15/26, 12:34pm. Called me over, didn't return my hello, just told me to put my number in. Fine. Put it in, she didn't say another word to me, didn't ask me which point account to use, didn't tell me my total. I went through the pin pad and it wouldn't immediately register that I was trying to proceed with No for the donation request. All she did was look at me and say "You haven't done it" I get that, I'm literally trying? Pressed it another 3 times before it went through. Again said nothing else to me just handed me the receipt and turned away. I get working with the public sucks, none of us want to do

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This PetSmart location offers excellent service and a wide range of prescription diets, available both in-store and online with easy returns. What impressed me most was their kindness—when my dog passed away, they accepted all the unused prescription food back without hesitation. Their compassion made a difficult time a little easier, and I truly appreciate the way they care for both pets and their owners.

Our dogs have been Banfield pets for 15 years. Dr. Bell is a wonderful Vet. She was there when we lost our Graece last year. I can't say enough good about Dr. Bell and her staff. Our Sophie is still a patient there and will be till the day she crosses the rainbow 🌈 bridge.

We were told there would be kitty adoptions today by a rescue after our beloved baby Tuxie passed on 12/28/2025. So we arrived at PetSmart at 11:00 a.m.and there were no kitties so we went to the groomer station because all the employees were very busy. The groomers were doing nothing but sitting at a desk and playing on a computer so we figured we would ask them a question if they knew if there was kitties for adoption and the lady had a look on her face like we had interrupted her and when my husband asked her if she knew if there were cats for adoption she said I don't know I don't work there and rudely looked away and dismissed us both. Didn't get up from her desk to ask an associate at the store or anything she, basically told us nothing. Very rude. All we are trying to do is adopt a
