Dr. Thomas and her technician, Destiny, came to our home to help our sweet Razi cross the rainbow bridge, and from start to finish, they treated both him and our family with incredible compassion and care. This is a service we all hope to never need yet so need people who provide it in a way that feels supportive and compassionate. 2 weeks ago Dr. Franklin and her technician Mary helped us say goodbye to our 14ish year old Dog named Daisy. From the time I called I never felt judged, rushed, or upselled but it was clear they had built their services with a lot of care and experience. I dont know the lady on the phone's name who had the sweetest most gentle voice, she called to follow up and although I was too upset to answer I really appreciated the check in and the personalized card they sent in today.
