What a wonderful store! The staff were ever so friendly and accommodating, which I truly appreciate. My little Maltese, Daisy — my old girl — always gets so excited when I come home with a few special goodies just for her. It warms my heart to see her wagging away. Thank you kindly for your hospitality and such a pleasant experience.

I am at Petsmart quite often and the employees are always so nice and helpful. They really do go above and beyond to help their customers. I highly recommend stopping in if you haven't already!

Went to PetSmart to purchase a gerbil for my daughter. A month prior, I had purchased 2 gerbils from PetCo and one had caused damage to the cage and they both escaped while we weren’t home. Only one was recovered. My daughter was devastated and the remaining gerbil seemed “depressed”. After talking to a friend who is both a vet tech and a long term gerbil owner instructed me on how to introduce a new gerbil to our existing one. Fast forward to going to PetSmart and when a manager found out I already had a gerbil refused to sell me one because “they will kill each other”. I explained that I had bought a new glass of enclosure at this exact location and showed her the one I got, and explained I had a smaller enclosure that was a tight wire mesh on all sides that would go inside the main enc

The person in the fish dept could be kinder. I understand that some folks are clueless when it comes to keeping fish, but the grilling longtime customers with a condescending tone isn't necessary to find out who has the proper tank conditions for a $3 fish. Expressing her authority to not sell me fish was over the top arrogant. Do I really have to go through this when I come back for more fish for my beautiful new tank? Sadly, I think it was the manager on duty. Over the past 15 years I have been buying fish, equipment, food, chemicals, and have purchased all of my tanks from this store. Keeping fish is normally a calming, Zen type hobby. I felt so uncomfortably anxious there I almost wanted to put my stuff back and run out of there. If there were somewhere else around here to go for fish

Don't need a 2 hour lecture on a 3 dollar fish. I've had multiple fish tanks my whole life. I understand asking tank size and trying to help a customer pick the right fish for their aquarium. But holy geez. The grilling people trying to make them feel guilty about a hobby is a little over the top. I don't think anyone that works there went to fish college.
