Lycoming Animal Protection Society (LAPS)

Wonderful place! Open spaces with natural light for the kitties. The staff are so kind and clearly love the cats. The cats are loved and socialized. I adopted an old guy from them and he is the sweetest.

This is a very nice and clean shelter. The cats are well cared for and the staff are very friendly. They gave me a tour of the shelter and I spent about an hour petting cats. I'll visit again when I'm in town in the future. The staff give the cats a lot of affection but any additional affection from visitors is welcome too!

They should make it perfectly clear that it's just for cats very deceiving

There are so many cute cats. They are all very friendly and want attention. They are all taken really good care of. My husband and I adopted two of the cats. We can't wait to get them home.

Found so many great cats that were extremely friendly, the staff was amazing, they even let us stay past closing because we weren't finished looking.
