Always a great selection of accessories for large breed dogs. I only shop here for collars, harnesses, beds, and leashes. They also have great customer service and friendly staff. Best pet store in Williamsburg.

Absolutely amazing experience for my furbaby Snotbottom (AKA Snot/Snotty!) Dog food & grooming/bath- They have a LOT of selections for dog food, I got a bath and nail trim appointment for Snotbottom. He came out so clean and fresh! He looked adorable, (I put a picture from a little while after) He was so happy to be all cleaned and trimmed! Thank you PetSmart my little Snot is so happy now thanks to you guys! ;-)

A nice, clean petsmart that has lots of items in stock. They have a pet grooming area so you can get your family pet trimmed, cleaned up, looking and smelling good. They also have a cat adoption area so you can view all the wonderful kitties looking for a new home (honestly my favorite part of visiting this store). Conveniently located by a publix and other stores so you can shop while you wait for you pet to finish getting groomed.

I had the WORST experience at the PetSmart in Williamsburg, VA, specifically with an older man with gray hair and enlarged abdomen in the aquatics department. He was very condescending and spoke to me (an adult women) as if I was a child who knew nothing. When I asked about purchasing natural sources to lower pH, such as driftwood with live plants, he said, "That doesn't work. Don't believe everything you read online." Additionally, when I told him which fish I wanted to purchase, which are the same as what I've successfully had before in my 125-gallon freshwater tank, he said, "no, you need to go home and add white vinegar to your filter." Very concerning as I have live plants and a variety of fish, such as angelfish, tetras, etc. His poor professionalism and condescending attitude are i
