I am so incredibly happy with the job that Mei did- cocker spaniels are extremely high maintenance and unfortunately my pup has a lot of matting on this visit. Mei did an incredible job taking her time on him to preserve what she could of his length and even where it needed to be adjusted she did a seamless job blending- can not wait to go back to her!

Hit and miss, really. They seem more interested in promoting their grooming services above stocking their shelves. I visited the store 5 times and was able to buy my cat’s food ONCE, 6 cans. My cat is highly allergic to chicken and the only food he can tolerate is Wellness canned Beef and Lamb. But it is RARELY in stock there. Move it!

The staff is great! Its always good to see a familiar face and they're friendly. Kim is amazing and super friendly it's always a good visit when she's working. This location has most everything you need not ally, some items are a bit harder to find such as specialty reptile foods and products. The cat and dog selection is overwhelming, like any chain pet store, but sometimes there's just too many choices and they all take up so much space. Their aquatics section is typical front end aquatics model and it's in pretty good shape, the fish look decent and the selection is pretty bland, but decent. In general most chain pet stores aren't the greatest, but this location is pretty great.

After my visited today I can say Very organized and clean location. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Well stocked with great ongoing promotions and rewards.

Very friendly and helpful staff!! EVERY staff member was knowledgeable about the products and directed me to exactly the right location of each item I was looking for. The Store was very clean and had an abundance of great products. East in/out Free Parking! Thank you PetSmart and hopefully one day all the PetSmarts in America can be as nice as this one!
