They sent an installer boozed out of his mind. He came 20 minutes late. The guy said he couldn't install a carpet. And just left. Actually crazy. Response to reply: Absolute liars. There was parking accesible 20ft from the apartment.There wasn't even an attempt to do any work. There was flooring that needed to be removed your installer didn't even try to remove it. You never tried to reschedule my appointment which is why I asked for a refund. If your unable to do work in the snow why did you schedule my appointment after a blizzard? And it was known a week before install that it was a 2nd floor apartment with a difficult entry noted by your estimate guy. After reading the other 1 star reviews of bad installs I think this happened for a good reason.

I had had water damage and had to have whole room redone. After 6 weeks waiting for all other fixes and approvals was finally able to order carpet. Within 1 hour of calling they had a gentleman over to measure. They worked with me to set up.install immediately after contractor completed work knowing I had been wo a bed and room so long due to other work having to be done first. They arrived promptly for install and were very personable. The install and carpet quality were top notch. They cleaned up after finishing even offered to move furniture if needed and had me inspect before they left. I will always use Carpet Clearance. The service is as great today as it was years go when had my original carpet put in. In today's world its hard to find great quality, service and fair p

Terrible customer service. Their installer can't install a carpet kinda sad. Nobody wants to work anymore.
