I had to return several items after adopting a new kitten — some without receipts — and I honestly walked in expecting it to be complicated. Litzy handled everything with such professionalism and kindness. She was patient, calm, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Her attitude made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Customer service like that nowadays really stands out.

Christina helped us and she was INCREDIBLE. I was adopting my first bearded dragon, so I was a bit nervous. When we talked to her about adopting the oldest one there, she lit up! She was so excited that it made me feel comfortable and happy with the choice I made. She clearly loves the animals and takes great care of them. She was super knowledgeable and worked with me to get everything I needed. I wish I could give her 10 starts.

I usually never give bad reviews, but I’m honestly really disappointed about how the free pet photos-with-Santa event was handled. It was advertised as a timed, reservation-based event with specific dates and hours, I had confirmed tickets, and I rearranged my day to arrive on time. After the stressful effort of getting both my dog and cat dressed, leashed, crated, and into the car for their photos with Santa, I arrived to be told the event had ended early and Santa went home because he was “sitting around since nobody was showing up,” with absolutely no notice or communication despite having my contact information. It was great! Had the Arcadia grow light and ear drops for my dog and reptiles but super kind associates. Though I would recommend to ask for cardboard if you want it since I did not get any with my crickets. (Though this did not ruin my experience and did not bother me it might bother others)
