I’ve been bringing my dog Pinto here for 8 years, and I truly wouldn’t trust my baby with anyone else. The love, patience, and care they show every single visit means everything to me. Pinto always comes back clean, happy, and comfortable — never stressed. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs and treat them like family. Consistent, professional, and full of heart. I’m so grateful to have found a groomer I trust completely.

Best haircut my little muppet has had so far and very reasonably priced! We do his haircuts at home and every now and then when we bring him in for a professional groom when we let him get too scruffy. Really happy with this before and after, Claudia did a great job!

This was our first visit to a professional groomer for our 7 month old puppy. The experience was great from the beginning to end. The owner Carlos was extremely helpful and communicative and the online booking platform was easy to use. Claudia the groomer was great with our puppy and made him feel comfortable through out the process. The cut and style was exactly what we wanted and our puppy came out looking great and smelling so good. We will definitely be back for our next groom.

A Miracle Worker at Velvet Spa! I can’t say enough good things about Velvet Spa! My Yorkie is mean, snappy, and downright nasty when it comes to grooming—most groomers won’t even try with him anymore. But the team at Velvet Spa took him in without hesitation and worked absolute magic. He came back looking better than ever—perfectly groomed, clean, and even smelling amazing. I know how difficult he can be, but they clearly handled him with incredible patience, professionalism, and care. I was honestly shocked by how calm he seemed afterward! If you’ve got a difficult pup and think no one can handle them, Velvet Spa will prove you wrong. They’ve earned my trust, my respect, and all of my future appointments. Highly, highly recommended! Was in Westminster for the day and decided to get my puppy groomed. They were super kind and very responsive. My puppy came out with the cutest haircut, hair ties, and bow! They did great with her and if I am ever up that way I will 100% book through them again!
