In the past, this groomer would have been a 5-star for me, however recent events have changed my mind. 1) Tried to call in on January 8 to ask about appointment, didn’t hear back. Texted and called a few more times, finally heard back on Jan 15. Not a call, a vague text. 2) Got me booked for Jan 22. 3) Day of: brought my goldendoodle in and the whole place was chaotic/loud/crowded and clearly over-booked. 4) Finally talked to a groomer after waiting in the front, and explained how we like our doodle groomed (no grooming on the head/face), and leaving the body as long as possible. 5) called after 3 hrs to check in, and my dog had been bathed/dried, grooming hadn’t even started. I expressed my desire to come pick him up & just pay for the bath, as we had a prior engagement scheduled that eve

Unfortunately, this groomer did not live up to the expectations set by its high reviews. Our first and last trip here, my senior dog was returned to me with minimal trimming—barely a pass over his back and little else. His paw pads were still covered with fur, the cut was uneven (partially shown in the photo), and his face appeared barely trimmed. When I asked that he be trimmed further, I was told the groomer had already left and that I could bring him back another time. Given that my elderly dog requires full sedation for grooming due to past groomer neglect (different groomer) and considering the poor quality of the cut he initially received, this was not a reasonable option for us. As a result, I declined their offer.

We’ve been taking our mini golden doodle here for over a year now and Ashley is phenomenal! She always takes such great care of him, is super quick (which I love) and they are really reasonably priced! They even have a punch card where your 10th groom is free (that included his nails and glands which was insane to me!) Our neighbor takes her dogs here now too and sees another groomer but loves her too. It just can’t be beat this is by far the best place we’ve gone!

We tried People's Pups for the first time with our Shih Tzu, while being a little nervous switching groomers but they exceeded expectations. Our Shih Tzu is very particular and not easy to deal with when it comes to even just brushing him (underside and legs particularly) and he was matted in those areas as a result when we brought him in. He came back looking amazing, and the staff was incredible. You can tell they truly care about animals and I have full trust in them now. The price was reasonable, they had him done in a relatively short period of time, and I can't think of anything negative about the entire experience. This is a absolutely great grooming studio!

Great groomer, incredibly rude customer care. I've been taking one of our dogs there for grooming for maybe three years. I guess I didn't get the memo that appointments can only be made by text. I had the audacity to ask if they no longer called clients back and never heard from them again. I don't find texting back and forth severall times over the course of a day or so "convenient" when it can be handled with a 90 second phone call, and will be taking my business elsewhere.
