PetSmart

I witnessed a local cat rescuer and animal lover that was shopping in this petsmart today treated horribly by an employee. I didn’t catch the name of the employee but she was a very heavy set woman and possibly the manager. He was dressed in a Santa Hat and was there with his family and animals. He wanted to buy minnows to feed to his fish and turtles in his large pond for Christmas. He asked politely several times for help in the fish department. Finally an employee came to “help” him. When he asked to buy all the minnows, the employee refused to sell them. He explained he has a very large pond with lots of fish and turtles and he needs a large amount for that reason. She claimed she couldn’t sell that large of an amount bc other people may need to buy some. She was not kind or professio

Great Customer service. Just bought our first betta fish. They were very helpful and patient. They helped my kids pick one and gave us all the info we needed.

Horrible customer service. Long wait even after talking to someone, still had to go find someone else 10ish minutes later. Apparently she is not in the customer service business because she was extremely rude and refused to sell all of what we needed. Now, I could see if you are teying tonsave chocolate or cakes for your other customers, but minnows???? Come on man. Your “manager” is about to be famous for being horrible. I would never advocate for someone to lose their job, but maybe this isn’t the job for her. I work in customer service myself, uour manager needs some coaching and obviously more training. We were all so excited to be there and she literally killed the whole vibe.

My son was so excited to go get his hamster he trip on his own little feet right out side the store. Well, I was picking them up in store employee came out. Make sure we were OK and went to go get us ice. Every one was so help full and amazing!!! Star Wars, clean everything was organized. Employees went above and beyond.
