Bubble Dog Pet Grooming

They treat my dog so well and she is doing a good job. She was having a good time with bubble dog grooming! Look at her smile!

It saddens me to rewrite this review when I gave it 5 stars last year. We always let them know if our dog has an ear infection or any other problem so the groomer can be gentle to her, and we usually pay a little over a 20% tip. Last Sunday on Feb 1, our Moca came home with her genital area nicked and the inside of both ears red, swollen, and filled with dried blood. I called the place and was told that our dog had ear infections for the past few months, and that there was a $10 charge to clean them up or a higher charge to apply medication they had available, but we had to make another appointment. We didn't even know if our dog had an ear infection that Sunday. Anyway, I wish they told me if there were any issues with our dog and asked if we agree to pay more before proceeding, since

The friendly staff gave my kitten a nice trim and bath for an affordable price. They also speak mandarin.
