I’m a certified dog groomer and I want to be a normal pet parent and allow someone else to care for my dog and bath them. I took my golden to this location and Lisa M did absolutely amazing!!! Not only was she thorough but she made sure my pup had the best care she could provide. She got his nails super short and he came home smelling amazing! Will 100% be back highly recommend Lisa and all the staff there!

3 wks ago I tried to buy this guinea pig but they wouldn't sell just one. At $60 a g.pig 1 is enough. Well he's still in the same tank, getting bigger and now they have a few signs wanting customers to spend $120 for two plus cage, food, etc. No thanks. Went to West Chester Pet smart, bought 1. They had no problem selling just 1.

My dog is on a prescription diet and we’re going to be short a few days before his next bag gets delivered. I stopped by this location today and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service I received from Jo. She directed me to where I can find the exact food and even carried the bag up to the front register for me with a smile. Little things like this make a big difference as real customer service is hard to come by nowadays. Jo is an excellent asset to the company!

I’ve been taking my dog to Andres for as long as i can remember and have never had a bad experience. He’s very attentive and for a dog that has anxiety he’s amazing with him! Always gives feed back and i appreciate that a lot. Today however i went in last minute and had to cancel my appointment with Andres and got a different person (Lisa) and was a little disappointed, emergencies happen and that’s why i had to change but now i know it’s better to just wait and stick with who i know it’s a best fit for my dogs needs.

Griffin is absolutely the best! Thank you for always taking such amazing care of Greta. You’re gentle, patient, and truly talented. I appreciate you so much.
