Champions Premier Dog Parlor - West Chester

Very friendly and easy going attention to client. Roxy took our walk-in for a quick nail clipping on our first time at Champions in West Chester, PA. On Brandy’s grooming appointment, Ricardo took her and gave her a treat right away. It took two hours and I was called promptly to pick Brandy up. I used a 25% discount coupon available in the website. Brandy smelled and looked great! I also appreciate that both, Ricardo and Roxy spoke their native Spanish language with me. I was happy all around for the whole initial experience with the groomers, the salon cleanliness, and prompt appointment availability considering how busy it is at Christmas time.

The best dog groomers! I called 12/22 for a dog we adopted that was covered in knots & complete filth. He is 6 years old and was completely neglected, never groomed and terrified. I was hoping to get him shaved down (nothing fancy) in the next week or so. Within 10 minutes of calling, they called me back and said the owner was going to come in on his day off and groom our dog. One hour later, I dropped our dog off. I picked him up and he was transformed. Most importantly, I was so worried the dog would be terrified, but they were so gentle and loving with him, our dog pranced out like a new guy. I cant recommend this business enough!! The whole entire staff went above and beyond and I could not be more grateful for them. Not the best before and After pictures, but best I could get.

We took our Cardi and Cattle Dog here for grooming last week. Ricky and Jay did an amazing job with both of the dogs. We are pretty protective dog parents, but we felt very safe leaving our pups with Ricky and Jay. I can't say enough good things for how amazing of a job they did and how well they treated our dogs. You could tell they truly loved what they do and loved the dogs that they work with. We won't be bringing our pups to any other location for grooming every again. Thank you, Ricky and Jay!

We love Ricardo at Champion in West Chester! Canela always comes home looking beautiful, fluffy, and perfectly groomed but best of all, she comes home happy! That says everything. Ricardo and the rest of the staff truly care and take such good care of her. We’re so grateful to have found someone we trust with our sweet girl. Highly recommend! 🐾

We have been looking for a groomer closer to home and we’ve finally found the place! Our dog is a little older and a bit timid so we are extremely selective when it comes to her groomer because we want someone who will treat her with love and care. This was our first experience with Champion and we will definitely be a return customer! Thank you for taking such good care of our girl. Her haircut looks so cute!
